What you will do

• Lead the rollout of new field products and features, ensuring they become operationally stable and scalable.
• Act as the primary bridge between Product, R&D, Operations, Logistics, and Field teams.
• Develop and maintain field-side Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and standardize workflows across regions.
• Coordinate equipment planning and define operational configurations in collaboration with Logistics and Procurement.
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups to solve operational challenges and drive product adoption.
• Define operational requirements and evaluate new workflows during project planning and site discovery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field operations and leading cross-functional projects across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in a data-driven, analytical environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience writing operational documentation and SOPs.
