What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated media and creative campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive brand and product growth.
• Manage agency partnerships, media governance, and auditing processes to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Full Funnel and Accelerator teams to unlock growth and deliver seamless integrated campaigns.
• Develop bold, insight-led creative work in collaboration with world-class agencies.
• Guide and inspire a high-performing team through active line management and fostering accountability.
• Oversee budget planning, PO control, and reporting while ensuring compliance with FCA and Group requirements.

Requirements

• Expertise in executing high-profile, multi-channel campaigns including AV, Social, Influencers, OOH, Print, Digital, and Website.
• Proven ability to create insight-driven creative work with top agencies and senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of traditional and emerging media, leveraging data to test and scale effectiveness.
• Skilled at navigating complex plans within a matrix organization and managing diverse teams.
• Experience managing significant budgets and ensuring strict compliance with FCA and Group risk frameworks.
