Salary: $167,500 - $199,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of major software components, systems, and platform features.
• Mentor and develop junior, senior, and lead engineers across the organization.
• Drive technical discovery and implementation of large-scale applications and products.
• Research and apply new technologies to solve complex system and data processing challenges.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to execute technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Support core systems in production, including on-call rotations and capacity planning for cloud and physical infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in object-oriented programming and software architecture.
• Experience in production support and SRE practices.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Wavefront.
• Significant experience in database design (SQL Server and cloud database technologies).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Background in both physical and cloud infrastructure capacity planning.
