Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, implement, and debug software applications for sonar device control and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain design documentation to ensure scalability and code reuse.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and design patterns.
• Ensure software meets high performance, stability, and reliability standards.
• Diagnose and resolve defects while enhancing existing application features.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development workflows and tools.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and hold a valid US Passport.
• Must be eligible and able to hold a security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software design and development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI/UX development and Qt framework.
• Knowledge of Ethernet/sockets programming and multi-threaded development.
• Familiarity with GIS development and signal/image processing.
• Working knowledge of electronic assemblies.
