What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications and utility programs.
• Build automation solutions for storage-capacity planning, allocation, and monitoring.
• Enhance existing systems and develop new features to improve service reliability.
• Analyze requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and implement sustainable resolutions.
• Explore and incorporate AI-assisted workflows into engineering and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in software development or service engineering.
• Strong programming experience in production environments.
• Proven ability to build automation tools and improve operational processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Strong development experience with C#.
• Experience with capacity management or large-scale cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted capabilities in engineering workflows.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.
