What you will do

• Lead customer security reviews, RFPs, and questionnaires to facilitate enterprise deals.
• Establish and maintain a customer-facing trust portal (SafeBase, Vanta, or Drata) including a dedicated AI/ML section.
• Manage the SOC 2 Type II program across portfolio companies, coordinating evidence and auditor relationships.
• Author and maintain security policies, DPAs, sub-processor lists, and incident-communication templates.
• Own AI compliance and trust, tracking frameworks such as the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and NIST AI RMF.
• Conduct third-party vendor security reviews and deliver internal security awareness training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in security GRC, customer trust, or SaaS compliance.
• English: C1+ (Excellent spoken and written) required for external representation of the group.
• Hands-on experience as a primary point of contact for SOC 2 audits (Type II strongly preferred).
• Working understanding of cloud security concepts and the ability to translate technical findings.
• Awareness of the AI compliance landscape and willingness to own this domain.
• Must be based in Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, or Ecuador.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CIPP/E.
• Experience with Vanta, Drata, or SafeBase.
• Background in PE-backed or multi-portfolio environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, or the EU AI Act.
