What you will do

• Execute cybersecurity risk management programs across cloud infrastructure and trading systems.
• Identify and evaluate AI-related risks including model bias, data privacy, and adversarial threats.
• Develop and maintain AI governance controls aligned with regulatory standards like the EU AI Act.
• Perform third-party and vendor security assessments.
• Contribute to control testing for frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain risk registers and reporting dashboards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, IT audit, or GRC.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles including cloud security, IAM, and application security.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and associated risks like model bias and hallucinations.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the Americas to align with the remote team structure.

Nice to have

• Academic background or experience in fintech or trading platforms.
• Exposure to AI governance or responsible AI programs.
• Experience with GCP or major cloud platforms.
• Security certifications such as Security+, SSCP, CISA, or CRISC.
• Hands-on experience with AI/agentic tooling.
