What you will do

• Lead and manage screening teams to achieve performance metrics and quality targets.
• Optimize team structure to support growth strategy and capacity planning.
• Plan, create, and release new screening initiatives and process updates.
• Collaborate with vertical subject matter experts to optimize screening tasks and content.
• Serve as an escalation point for talent disputes and remedy operational issues.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for screening policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in operational management (projects, teams, business workflows).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Must be based in Europe.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding team leadership and mentoring skills.
• Experience in the IT field and with SDLC is preferred.
