What you will do

• Drive user acquisition for the fashion category in Australia through targeted campaigns and events.
• Build and manage a roster of influencers and creators to drive first-time buyer conversion.
• Partner with the creative team to develop high-performing content for paid advertising.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital and in-person community events.
• Analyze marketing performance data to refine strategies and scale successful playbooks.
• Collaborate with international counterparts to adapt global marketing approaches for the Australian market.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia
• 5–10 years of experience in consumer or category marketing within high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in influencer marketing as a performance channel.
• Experience in planning and executing both digital and in-person events.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to own end-to-end campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
