What you will do

• Act as a thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to scale platform use.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to manage client relationships from pilots to full adoption.
• Represent user insights to inform product development and strategic roadmap.
• Deliver product demos and training to showcase platform capabilities.
• Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Guide clients through AI-driven shifts in legal operations and practice areas.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Singapore
• Background in law with experience at top-tier law firms or in-house legal teams.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable with technical discussions including generative AI.
• Strong communication skills across legal and engineering stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships.
• Proactive, quality-focused, and able to improve processes through technology.
