What you will do

• Architect and deploy scalable backend services using AWS Lambda and Python.
• Collaborate in an Agile team across all stages of product development, from concept to release.
• Implement cutting-edge software development methods to enhance team delivery and code quality.
• Mentor peers through pair programming and collaborative design sessions.
• Solve complex technical issues across the full application stack, including React and DynamoDB.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in application design and programming with a BS degree.
• Expertise in Python and TypeScript using object-oriented and functional techniques.
• Proficiency in cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Solid understanding of Web APIs (REST/GraphQL) and relational/non-relational databases.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Westminster, CO.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with IAM, OAuth flows, and identity management.
• Experience building public-facing APIs for third-party developer communities.
• Proficiency with React.
• Skill in using AI-assisted tools like Cursor or CoPilot.
