Salary: $121,000–$151,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the health of the internal knowledge base by identifying outdated or duplicate content.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create, edit, and publish high-quality documentation.
• Apply content standards, templates, metadata, and taxonomy to improve consistency and discoverability.
• Support content operations by coordinating reviews and managing publishing workflows.
• Develop reusable content structures and documentation patterns to support the business.
• Use data and content audits to proactively recommend improvements to the knowledge system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content design, technical writing, or knowledge management.
• Experience working with content management systems or documentation platforms.
• Proven ability to manage documentation created by multiple contributors and support governance processes.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Interest in improving how structured knowledge supports search, automation, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Ability to balance multiple content initiatives while maintaining quality and speed.
