What you will do

• Design, build, and operate core infrastructure services across CI, build systems, and deployment orchestration.
• Improve engineering productivity metrics, specifically build/CI time and deploy speed and safety.
• Own services end-to-end, including architecture, observability, SLOs, and on-call operations.
• Partner with internal engineering teams to identify pain points and implement platform improvements.
• Lead technical design for cross-cutting projects and drive them through to production.
• Mentor engineers and help shape the overall technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production software with strong distributed systems fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Go or a similar language.
• Experience operating at scale with Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub Actions, Terraform, and containers.
• Proven track record in developer infrastructure or platform domains (CI/CD, build systems, release tooling).
• Must be based in the USA or Latin America.
• Ability to attend quarterly in-person working sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability and performance tooling such as Datadog.
• Depth in remote execution, progressive delivery, or test optimization.
• Ability to responsibly utilize generative AI to drive workflow efficiency and quality.
