What you will do

• Host and execute live virtual sessions, including presenting scripted remarks and managing webinar platforms.
• Coordinate event logistics, rehearsals, and presenter training to ensure successful program delivery.
• Manage content publishing, editing scripts, and uploading materials to webinar platforms and the corporate website.
• Collaborate with research, marketing, and sales teams as a cross-functional liaison to align priorities.
• Analyze audience engagement and session metrics to identify growth opportunities and benchmarks.
• Optimize operational workflows and promotional channels to increase program efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
• Strong organizational skills and a project manager mindset to handle competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset capable of deriving narratives from metrics and data.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
