TL;DR
Senior Mobility Engineer (Workspace ONE): Providing administration and operational support for enterprise mobility systems and Unified Endpoint Management platforms with an accent on Workspace ONE UEM and Windows Server administration. Focus on troubleshooting complex endpoint issues, vulnerability remediation, and improving secure mobile platform configurations.

What you will do
- Administer and maintain enterprise mobility systems, specifically Workspace ONE UEM.
- Provide technical support for mobile devices and platforms via ticketing, phone, and email.
- Manage Windows Server 2019+ environments, including security patching and vulnerability remediation.
- Coordinate installation and deployment of mobile hardware and software for internal teams and contractors.
- Develop and improve IT procedures and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call technical support rotations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Windows Server 2019 or later.
- 4+ years of experience with Workspace ONE UEM platform.
- Proven track record of providing enterprise technical support for mobile platforms.
- Experience in configuration management and technical documentation.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in MDM design and implementation.
- Experience with Workspace ONE Access.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of endpoint security and device lifecycle management.
