What you will do

• Administer corporate Microsoft infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Group Policy.
• Manage VDI and terminal server farms, ensuring systems are patched, documented, and optimized.
• Maintain access platforms including Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), 1C/ERP, SQL servers, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Lead critical infrastructure projects such as AD domain migrations and VDI farm replacements.
• Implement and optimize load-balancing stacks using nginx, HAProxy, and keepalived.
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure high system availability and resolve incidents within SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft and VDI infrastructure.
• Proven hands-on experience in at least one completed Active Directory domain or forest migration.
• Strong expertise in AD DS, DNS, PKI, and Windows RDS farm operations.
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, CentOS/RHEL) and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Fluent Russian and English (B1+) proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, or Amazon WorkSpaces.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with SAN/iSCSI block storage or HCI solutions.
• ITIL Foundation or other service management certifications.
