What you will do

• Design and deploy enterprise AI guardrails, gateways, and security controls for agentic workflows.
• Establish security architectures for local and hosted agents to mitigate prompt injection and data exfiltration.
• Develop secure design patterns and developer tools that enable safe AI feature deployment.
• Lead threat modeling and security reviews for agentic AI systems and enterprise deployments.
• Build systems to discover, inventory, and assess AI usage and data flows across the enterprise.
• Drive technical alignment across product, security, and infrastructure teams while mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in security engineering or backend software development.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python or Go.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Deep knowledge of AI threat landscapes (OWASP, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF).
• Experience securing or auditing agentic frameworks like LangChain or custom tool-calling agents.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
