Salary: $115K – $168K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain comprehensive liability mapping across all entities, business units, and deployment channels.
• Own the end-to-end design, procurement, and renewal of insurance programs, including Nuclear, Property, GL, and D&O lines.
• Develop risk quantification frameworks and KPIs to provide leadership and investors with a clear view of the risk posture.
• Partner with legal, operations, IT, and regulatory teams to proactively identify and remediate compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure risk and coverage considerations are integrated into new deployments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in risk management, insurance brokerage, or a related compliance discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and procuring insurance programs across multiple lines of coverage.
• Experience structuring liability and risk isolation strategies across multi-entity structures.
• Ability to quantify risk exposure with working knowledge of GAAP/statutory accounting principles.
• Must be able to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated, multi-entity, or government-contracting environments.
• Familiarity with NRC requirements or other highly regulated licensing environments.
