What you will do

• Build and ship Android features using Kotlin for an AI Neobank App.
• Create seamless mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs and ensure stability, security, and reliability.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and reduce crash rates.
• Implement AI-assisted experiences that genuinely enhance the user journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
• Proficiency in integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
• Strong English communication skills.
• High ownership and strong attention to product quality and mobile UX.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of shipped work (App links, GitHub, or screenshots).
• Experience with TensorFlow Lite for on-device inference.
