TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (Android) (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/AI): Modernizing Android engineering across R&D by migrating release infrastructure, defining multi-module standards, and integrating AI-assisted development workflows with an accent on platform engineering, CI/CD synchronization, and scalable architecture. Focus on designing reusable SDKs and libraries, establishing accessibility, security, and performance standards, and guiding adoption across teams of more than 600 engineers.
Location: Krakow, Poland; modern hybrid setup

's Product & Platform Department develops shared engineering platforms and standards for the R&D organization.
What you will do
- Migrate Android CI/CD pipelines from Bitrise to GitHub Actions.
- Integrate Android releases into shared Champagne release workflows and synchronize deployment chains with backend and frontend teams.
- Design scalable multi-module architectures, SDK and framework integrations, and reusable design system components.
- Define standards for accessibility, security, runtime performance, test-driven development, and mobile delivery.
- Integrate LLM-assisted workflows, AI coding tools, and automated testing utilities into daily engineering work.
- Partner with pilot teams and cross-functional stakeholders to guide adoption of new SDLC practices.
Requirements
- Expert-level Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM or MVI, Coroutines, and Flow.
- Experience architecting multi-module libraries and SDKs.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with TDD, unit testing, and UI automation using JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso.
- Practical familiarity with AI development tools, prompt crafting, and selecting suitable model architectures for mobile workflows.
- Ability to define technical direction, assess platform changes across teams, and guide senior peers through adoption.
