Location: Nigeria (Remote)
What you will do
- Provide real-time technical support to customers, riders, and vendors via multiple communication channels.
- Identify, document, and report bugs to QA and development teams.
- Monitor incidents and escalate unresolved issues using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate fixes.
- Maintain internal documentation and educate users on app functionality.
- Participate in product update meetings to stay informed.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in technical support, customer support, or QA in tech/startup environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with mobile apps (iOS & Android) and tools like Slack, Asana, Postman.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and network request logging.
- Excellent English communication skills; Hausa or Yoruba is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
