Location: Nigeria (Remote)

What you will do

  • Provide real-time technical support to customers, riders, and vendors via multiple communication channels.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs to QA and development teams.
  • Monitor incidents and escalate unresolved issues using ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate fixes.
  • Maintain internal documentation and educate users on app functionality.
  • Participate in product update meetings to stay informed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in technical support, customer support, or QA in tech/startup environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with mobile apps (iOS & Android) and tools like Slack, Asana, Postman.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and network request logging.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Hausa or Yoruba is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in food delivery, logistics, or similar platforms.
