Senior Clinical Pharmacist

Senior Clinical Pharmacist (Medical/Pharmacy): Serving as the clinical and operational backbone of a 503A compounding pharmacy with an accent on regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and operational leadership. Focus on implementing clinical guidelines, leading CQI programs, and coordinating cross-functional product launches between clinical and engineering teams.

What you will do

• Implement clinical guideline updates and conduct Pharmacy Information Booklet and Medication guide reviews.
• Lead the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program by auditing error data and driving process improvement projects.
• Manage new product launches, including staff education, packaging validation, and coordination with IT and fulfillment teams.
• Author and update pharmacy SOPs and provide protocol guidance during technology failures.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison between pharmacy, inventory, fulfillment, care operations, and engineering.
• Handle escalated patient communications regarding clinical concerns and shipping errors.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Pharmacist (RPh) license in Arizona.
• 2+ years of post-licensure pharmacy experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior clinical capacity.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills for collaborating with engineering and operations teams.
• Willingness to obtain non-resident pharmacist licenses and serve as backup PIC.
