Salary: $212,666 – $312,500 (OTE)

What you will do

• Develop strategic, consultative relationships with Federal stakeholders to integrate hirify.global into their workflows.
• Drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing DHS accounts.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline and provide accurate, timely forecasts to management.
• Attain quarterly targets for bookings, on-time renewals, and expansion metrics.
• Partner with VARs and other partner sales agencies to increase market penetration.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Federal sales experience selling technology or SaaS solutions.
• Proven experience selling large complex deals specifically to the DHS.
• Track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Must be based in the US.
• Willingness to travel domestically (approximately 25%).
