What you will do

• Develop automated and resilient data transformation pipelines using software engineering best practices.
• Define and implement data quality monitoring and proactive resolution mechanisms.
• Build the harness for agentic development, including prompting, skills, and evaluations.
• Create self-service tools, reports, and dashboards to democratize data across the company.
• Collaborate with Finance, GTM, and Product teams to define key metrics and data assets.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure upstream data sources meet business requirements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, window functions, and CTEs.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as ClickHouse, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Proficiency in building data assets using dbt.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI to accelerate modeling, querying, and reporting.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Omni, Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
