Lead Material Handler

What you will do

• Assist the department supervisor with daily workflow prioritization and team guidance.
• Train team members and provide support for problem-solving and quality reviews.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and picker trucks.
• Manage receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure system accuracy.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Proficient math skills and basic computer literacy for system transactions.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems.
