What you will do

• Identify necessary information and records required for the audit process.
• Communicate with insured businesses via phone, email, and mail to request and obtain data.
• Examine financial data to determine correct business activity classifications.
• Draft effective descriptions of operations and prepare complete audit documents.
• Explain audit results to the insured and communicate findings to the review staff.
• Maintain progress notes and submit completed audits for final review.

Requirements

• Must have phone audit experience.
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or commercial insurance.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal staff.
