What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Process business transactions and maintain a follow-up system for outstanding underwriting items.
• Ensure high data accuracy in internal systems and verify all required documentation is present in files.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to research and complete transactions.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and compliance standards to ensure timely processing of assigned work.
• Participate in problem-solving activities to identify root causes and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in underwriting support, casualty insurance, or a related field.
• Valid US Work Authorization (no sponsorship available now or in the future).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work toward the AINS insurance designation.
