What you will do

• Drive operational performance, revenue growth, and profitability for a geographic network of treatment centers.
• Manage and mentor Market Directors and Program Directors to achieve annual goals and business plans.
• Oversee financial metrics, patient registration, and revenue cycle management.
• Ensure clinical care quality, staffing optimization, and strict regulatory compliance.
• Develop and launch program expansions while monitoring key performance indicators.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach activities to increase patient growth.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant multi-unit operations leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in P&L management.
• Significant experience in the healthcare sector across diverse communities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven ability to manage operations, compliance, safety, and accreditation.
