Overview

You will coordinate the entire onboarding process for new customers, handling all organizational tasks until the software setup is complete. You will coordinate appointments, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure all documents are prepared, the software is configured to customer specifications, and data management is correctly executed.

What you will do

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, managing all organizational tasks for software setup.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all documents are prepared, software is configured, and data management is correctly executed before customer training.
• Coordinate and manage an assistant team, focusing on overall task coordination and quality management.
• Collaborate with the IT department on technically demanding projects like interface implementations.
• Contribute to the process design of onboarding steps and suggest new ideas for efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education (ideally a degree in project management, economics, business informatics, or process management).
• First professional experience in project management with good communication skills.
• Structured work style, assertiveness, and perseverance to complete projects.
• Multitasking ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form.
