Mobile Application Developer (Android/AI)

What you will do

• Build and ship native Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Develop clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs to ensure stability, security, and reliability.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and reduce crash rates.
• Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences to enhance the user journey.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
• Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
• Must be based in China.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience shipping production apps and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX and usability.
