Requirements

• Experience with end-user technical support for software applications.
• Proficiency with SQL and CSV/Fixed file format review.
• BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience.
• Must be based in the US (specifically Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; or Milwaukee, WI) to satisfy hybrid requirements.
