What you will do

• Provide direct support to customers to resolve software and database questions.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap.
• Partner with new or upgrading customers to ensure smooth transitions.
• Manage a high volume of support cases with efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain clear case notes and provide regular updates to customers.
• Align with internal teams on company strategy and goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in high-volume technical support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn complex systems and proprietary software quickly.
• Experience supporting regulated or complex systems is preferred.
