What you will do

• Ensure care is evidence-based, culturally responsive, and outcomes-driven across the outpatient pediatric service.
• Monitor and analyze clinical quality and performance metrics; contribute to clinical training materials.
• Supervise and mentor licensed independent psychiatric providers, including recruitment, onboarding, feedback, and addressing disciplinary concerns.
• Maintain a small personal caseload and provide direct patient care across health plan and health system settings.
• Provide expert consultation to primary care physicians on evidence-based mental health medication management.
• Contribute to company-wide initiatives focused on innovation and growth.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• ABPN Board Certification in Child Psychiatry.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine within the United States (priority for IMLC licensure and IMLC issuing states).
• Minimum of two years of experience in management and administrative supervision of licensed independent providers.
• Proven experience overseeing clinical quality and leading/managing clinical teams.
• Experience with virtual care and telepsychiatry platforms; comfort providing remote care.
