Salary: $98,400–$108,450 per year (average), plus productivity incentives

What you will do

• Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed; develop and document timely treatment plans.
• Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients.
• Request consultations/referrals when appropriate and counsel patients and families on treatment plans.
• Provide cross-coverage (e.g., reviewing lab results) and support scheduling flexibility (evenings and weekends).

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) graduate from an accredited Master’s or Doctoral program, with prior graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained RN licensure in accordance with state requirements.
• Current national certification as an FNP through AANP or ANCC.
• Active RN compact license and active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care; experience providing care from newborns through adults.
• Maintain active Medicare status and be in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid (not excluded from federal health program participation).

Nice to have

• Prior telemedicine/video-based virtual care experience.
• Experience with Athena EMR.
