Senior Director, Global Renewals (SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and scale a team of Renewal Managers to execute the renewals book, focusing on timelines, contracts, and risk identification.
• Own the end-to-end renewal motion and define clear handoffs between Renewals, AE, CS, Legal, and Deal Desk.
• Manage the renewals forecast cadence and deliver executive-level reporting on pipeline health, churn risk, and retention.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to streamline contracting and pricing approvals.
• Develop and continuously improve renewal playbooks and optimize CRM/CLM tooling and reporting.
• Analyze renewal and churn trends to influence Product, CS, and broader GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, or revenue operations.
• Proven track record of owning GRR and cohort renewal KPIs at scale in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in people management and building or scaling teams.
• Experience operating in a RACI-style model and partnering with AE leadership.
• Strong proficiency with CRM, CLM, and forecasting tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
