What you will do
- Drive the frontend technical vision in collaboration with design and backend teams.
- Build responsive and performant Vue.js applications for complex B2B financial workflows.
- Translate customer needs into intuitive, production-ready user experiences.
- Improve frontend tools, processes, and systems to scale code quality and productivity.
- Recruit and mentor a high-caliber frontend engineering team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale.
- Expertise in Vue.js (Vue 3), TypeScript, and modern state management.
- Experience with data-heavy applications and frontend testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to thrive in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
- Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York City.
