What you will do

• Drive the frontend technical vision in collaboration with design and backend teams.
• Build responsive and performant Vue.js applications for complex B2B financial workflows.
• Translate customer needs into intuitive, production-ready user experiences.
• Improve frontend tools, processes, and systems to scale code quality and productivity.
• Recruit and mentor a high-caliber frontend engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Expertise in Vue.js (Vue 3), TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Experience with data-heavy applications and frontend testing frameworks.
• Proven ability to thrive in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York City.
