What you will do

• Deliver frontend features from ideation through deployment, iterating based on feedback and outcomes.
• Build accessible, high-quality user interfaces with strong focus on performance and responsiveness.
• Own frontend architecture decisions including component patterns, state management, data fetching, and routing.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs (GraphQL/REST) to support end-to-end workflows.
• Improve operational health and quality via automated testing, code reviews, and monitoring/observability.
• Mentor teammates and raise the bar for engineering rigor, including best practices for responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• 8+ years building and operating modern web applications for large-scale products.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of browser internals (rendering pipeline, event loop, networking, caching, performance profiling).
• Strong experience with React-based frameworks such as Next.js (SSR, routing, data fetching, performance tuning) and familiarity with Node.js.
• Experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs (schema-driven development, client caching, pagination patterns).
• Expert debugging skills using browser DevTools (performance, memory, network, tracing).

Nice to have

• AI-native builder mindset; familiarity with AI tooling such as MCPs, evals, and RAG.
