What you will do

Requirements

• Previous experience in a U.S. medical practice as a Medical Virtual Assistant or Patient Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality protocols.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a confident telephone manner.
• Proven experience in patient scheduling, referrals, and medical administration.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
