What you will do

• Drive ATF QA efforts across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and track defects to drive resolution and retesting.
• Ensure compliance with government contract requirements and quality standards.
• Provide QA expertise during project planning, execution, and delivery phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in ServiceNow ATF.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and executing automated test cases using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, workflows, and AI platform features.
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating ATF with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Active DHS Public Trust clearance.
• Certifications in QA methodologies (e.g., ISTQB).
