What you will do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for a defined set of products and users.
• Manage the team backlog, intake, and prioritization to ensure alignment with domain strategy.
• Partner with Product Managers to document business and functional requirements.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including story creation and backlog maintenance.
• Facilitate testing, documentation, and training sessions for supporting teams.
• Maintain a continuous feedback loop with customers, agents, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• 3 years of experience working in an Agile product development environment.
• Ability to translate API capabilities into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Basic understanding of backend systems including microservices and databases.
