What you will do

• Own platform problems by interviewing stakeholders, validating problem areas, and prioritizing only what solves a confirmed need.
• Manage the backlog and workflow: prioritize using frameworks (e.g., RICE), write user stories with clear success criteria, and say “no” to low-value work.
• Partner with tech leads and tool vendors to push innovative platform capabilities that deliver customer value and scale platform management.
• Bridge stakeholders by translating between leadership, internal customers, and engineering teams; communicate progress via demos, reviews, presentations, and writeups.
• Drive outcomes over output by measuring and improving Time-to-Value, Adoption, and business impact; participate in Agile ceremonies as the voice of the customer.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Owner, ideally for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience applying prioritization frameworks such as RICE and/or WSJF.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and APIs (e.g., SCIM Provisioning, AWS, GCP, REST).
• Ability to write simple scripts and use AI tools to generate working prototypes.
