Salary: $185,000 - $210,000 USD

What you will do

• Foster a collaborative, delivery-focused design culture and drive design excellence and user-centered thinking.
• Lead capabilities-focused professional development across the Design Org.
• Shape how the design practice adopts AI: identify opportunities, pilot approaches, scale successful workflows, and coach designers on AI-informed processes.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and business development to ensure design is strategic across company growth.
• Provide leadership and mentorship: manage up to eight direct reports, coach designers through challenges, and review/structure work.
• Contribute to growth by influencing which strategic work to pursue and supporting proposal development, solutioning, reviews, and market research presentations.

Requirements

• Work authorization: legal authorization to work in the United States and work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Location: must work from the contiguous United States and reside in one of the listed states.
• 10+ years of experience as a human-centered design practitioner.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage complexity, develop strategy, and conduct long-term planning.
• Clear, credible communication across executive leadership, external clients, peers, direct reports, and cross-functional delivery teams.
