What you will do

• Collect and prepare monthly international payroll inputs while ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory obligations.
• Manage relationships with global payroll providers to ensure accuracy and timely receipt of reports.
• Validate new starter documentation, payroll tax forms, and bank details.
• Collaborate with People Operations to confirm contractual changes and variable payroll inputs.
• Utilize Workday to prepare monthly payroll for submission to external providers.
• Enter payment data into banking systems for approval and support year-end activities.

Requirements

• English and Polish proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Must be able to work from the assigned office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Polish payroll.
• Experience working within a global or international company.
• Knowledge of Polish tax law and related legislation.
