What you will do

• Implement UX/UI prototypes and designs directly within the game engine.
• Set up UI and menu element feedback, behaviors, and animations.
• Develop and implement industry-leading motion graphics and VFX for mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to define technical requirements and identify constraints.
• Maintain technical standards, pipelines, and optimization guidelines for asset integration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI Technical Designer, VFX Artist, or Technical Motion Designer.
• Proficiency with real-time engines (Unity, Unreal) and solid understanding of C#.
• Strong expertise in Motion Graphics as it relates to Interaction Design.
• Proven experience with timeline-based animation tools and Design Systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating effective solutions for visual and technical UI problems.
• Location: Must be based in Vancouver for on-site work

Nice to have

• Ability to prototype shaders.
• Experience writing custom tools for UI.
• Knowledge of Unity GUI or NGUI frameworks.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Maya or 3DS Max.
