What you will do

• Design, implement, and support IAM solutions aligned with security and business requirements.
• Develop and optimize automated Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes to improve user lifecycle management.
• Design, maintain, and improve Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and access governance.
• Build automation workflows to reduce manual effort and increase provisioning speed and accuracy.
• Integrate applications with IAM platforms using APIs, connectors, and standard identity protocols.
• Support identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification processes.

Requirements

• Experience engineering Identity platforms at scale.
• Working knowledge of major IAM/IGA providers such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, Okta, Saviynt, or Omada.
• Experience developing automation using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
• Knowledge of identity standards including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• DevOps mindset and commitment to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
• Location: Must be based in the London Area, UK for on-site work
