What you will do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Tier 2 or 3 IT support environments.
• 1+ years of management experience (preferred).
• Expertise in cloud-based platforms, data communication networks, and systems infrastructure.
• Proficiency with security vendors such as Okta, Crowdstrike, Palo Alto, Proofpoint, and Fortinet.
• Ability to travel 20%.
