What you will do

• Lead the delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) across Network Cloud.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to a small team of engineers while remaining technically hands-on.
• Design and implement secure access controls across Linux, OpenStack, and Kubernetes platforms.
• Own and operate privileged access solutions such as CyberArk.
• Enforce least privilege, RBAC, and secure authentication (SSO, MFA).
• Drive automation of account lifecycle management using tooling and pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead technical delivery and support an engineering team.
• Strong expertise in IAM and PAM, specifically with tools like CyberArk.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems and access controls.
• Experience in automation and scripting using Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
• SC Clearance eligibility is required.
• Experience working in cloud or large-scale infrastructure environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in Network Cloud or telecoms environments.
• Knowledge of TSA or regulated infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
• Exposure to network security or DDoS platforms.
