What you will do

• Lead initiatives to analyze complex business and product problems for automated systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit requirements and define project priorities.
• Create interactive concept prototypes and mockups to visualize features before development.
• Refine user stories and assist in sprint planning with the product owner and development team.
• Perform detailed process modeling, data analysis, and mapping of system interactions.
• Define technical requirements and partner with leads to create project specifications.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in mortgage or financial services.
• Must be based in Mclean, VA for fully onsite work.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and DB2, with preference for Postgres experience.
• Proven experience with Agile methodology, including stand-ups, demos, and sprint planning.
• Proficiency in Angular, microservices architecture, and API installation.
• Expertise in automation testing and writing scripts using Cypress.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud service platforms.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Familiarity with program management governance and change standards.
