What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project stages from feasibility through to completion and post-handover.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder meetings.
• Oversee procurement and commercial strategies while ensuring project value for money.
• Manage bidding processes and handle queries from tendering contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards on live operational sites.
• Prepare and manage key stage reports and contract documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Project Management or a related field.
• Extensive technical delivery experience in a similar construction role.
• Proven experience with NEC contracts and the design process.
• Demonstrable RIBA experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
