Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must be based in London and open to working from the office 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of grid connections, utility diversions, and highway consents across the UK pipeline.
• Manage landlord relationships and collaborate with legal teams to secure substation leases and cable easements.
• Conduct commercial negotiations with IDNOs and third-party landowners to deliver grid connections.
• Oversee highway consents and manage relationships with highway authorities and other key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and manage external consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and applying lessons learned across the UK deployment.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in project management and construction.
• Proven expertise in legal contracts, grid connections, utilities, and consents.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercial, analytical, and solution-focused mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
• Must be based in London, UK, and able to work from the office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Qualification or practical experience in electrical design, specifically high-voltage.
